We have been searching high and low for talented actors to be part of American Burger. Ironing out the details, we are glad to be casting from London, Stockholm and not least Östersund. Our open call casting during 5-6th of May was fantastic. We were overwhelmed with the great response we got and all the energy we received during two tightly packed but fun days! Should mean we have all our extras in place this week.@kettleBente seems like you're on the right track... hardihar!

If you could, for a minute, be sitting where I am sitting, in my shoes, you would first of all be sitting in a pair of over-used sneakers that you should consider replacing, but you would also be sitting in the middle of the sort of energy that could power the better part of a larger city.
Frenetic activity in Östersund. We are not about to power a city - we are about to start making a film. And like our producer Anna famously says: we're going into war.
If you were sitting where I am sitting you would see someone, like a butcher dressed in white. You would see someone going through makeup and someone getting props ready. And everywhere the conversation is centered around the same thing.
It's American Burger time. Tomorrow morning. The call time is 8 o'clock. And after that the wheels will be turning. We're on the road now. Full steam ahead.
So I kind of ended up here, in the middle of props & costume. A two-minute update before I'll move myself somewhere else. So if you were in my shoes you would soon be on your way to the big minibus you've named "the box". Shifting in to gear.
